Management
Salary
All our outlets are graded according to their annual sales turnover, and our salary structure is designed to reflect this. A General Manager can expect to earn from circa £20,000 to circa £40,000 for running one of our higher turnover units. For Deputy and Assistant Managers salaries range from circa £13,500 to circa £22,000.
Incentive and Bonus Schemes
We believe it is important to ensure our Managers and Management teams share in the profit they generate in the business. In addition to the basic salary, all Managers may receive a bonus relative to the sales turnover or profitability of their unit. These bonuses, payable quarterly and annually, can significantly increase earning potential, by up to a maximum of 50% of the basic salary. There are also bonus schemes for our Deputy/Assistant Managers and Kitchen Managers.

Accommodation
In some cases you will be provided with accommodation free of charge in the pub where you work. This is a taxable benefit and as such will appear on your P11D. Where such accommodation in your pub is provided to you by the Company, payment will also be made for reasonable heat, power and light costs.
Pension
All managers can join the Company's Group Personal Pension Plan. The Company will make a contribution to your plan, providing a tax efficient way for you to save for your future retirement.
Private Medical Cover
All Managers can join the Company's Private Health Care Scheme after one year's continuous service.

Employees at all levels are encouraged to achieve their potential to be the best. We have excellent training and development opportunities with our Bronze, Silver and Gold Training Programme, NVQ's and our Management Development training.
Front of House Team Member
No previous experience is necessary to join us as front of house team member.
We provide thorough training to enable you to work in our bar or restaurant areas.
Starting with Bronze covering all statutory elements progressing to Silver covering essential skills such as making cocktails, wine service and Gold Platform will help you to progress to Supervisory level. In addition you have the opportunity to work towards NVQ qualifications.
Chefs/Kitchen Team
We are always on the look out for chefs/kitchen Team Members experienced in working in a busy kitchen environment.
We provide thorough training in your job role together with accredited Health & Safety and Food Hygiene training together with our internal Kitchen Management Training. In addition you have the opportunity to work towards NVQ qualifications.
Management
All our General Managers have an annual appraisal where individual training, development and aspirations are discussed on a one-to-one basis with their Business Development Managers.
Assistant/Deputy Manager's
We have an extensive Management Development Programme which takes you through all key areas of our business to ensure you are fully trained and developed to meet your full potential. The Programme covers all areas of Statutory training, People Skills and Financial Management taking you through all elements necessary to become a General Manager.
