TCG have never promised what they can't or don't deliver and have gone beyond my expectations as an employer, we are in everyway a team. 
The training that is available for myself and my team is second to none with many of my team progressing from part-time team members to Deputy and Assistant Managers.  I have also gained an immeasurable amount of knowledge from the in-house and external training courses available.
So 3+ years on from joining TCG I am the Publican's UK Managed Pub of the Year 2009 and a Runner-up for UK's Pub of the Year 2009.  I have been invited to The House of Commons to take part in an industry working panel as well as 4 other local industry awards.
